Objective

To obtain a position in a video game environment where I can use my experience and motivation to contribute to a top-quality production.

Experience and Qualifications

Have extensive experience with lowpoly and highpoly modeling, normal map baking, UV layout, and texture painting. Proficient in 3DS Max, Photoshop, and Zbrush. I also have experience in the production workflow of a number of engines, as well as various source protection programs. I have experience leading and managing a creative team, as well as planning for and meeting urgent deadlines with a small team. In my previous roles, I have taken the lead in helping others and implementing new workflows to achieve the highest fidelity in the time allotted. At Fallen Earth I led a project to restructure texture sheets, creating templates that the other artists could use to reduce run-time memory load and to bring the team up to a more modern workflow, and I also led a shift to modular building methods, to achieve more structure, vehicle, and armor variations with a much quicker turnaround. I am highly motivated and I love learning and overcoming obstacles, and can work under tight restrictions to achieve a desired goal.

Worked on making highpoly and finished lowpoly models for both the environments and props for the video game Adventure Time: Finn and Jake Investigations. Lead the art team in designing levels, meeting deadlines, and interpreting the source material. Also contributed characters to the video game Kung Fu Panda: Showdown of Legendary Legends.

3D Environmental Artist - June 2013-Dec 2014
Worked on making highpoly and finished lowpoly props and environmental art for the video games Pac-man and the Ghostly Adventures, and Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures 2. Also planned and interpreted source material for a canceled action game based on a literary IP.
